These terms and Conditions apply to all transactions on this site. Please read them carefully. They do not affect your statutory rights.
We may change these terms and conditions at any time and placing an order through the site constitutes acceptance of them.

We reserve the right to remove members, and to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
Purchasing from us:
We can only accept orders for delivery within the UK. Deliveries outside of the UK cannot be accepted at this time.
We aim to ship all orders within 2-3 working days, sooner if possible. You will be contacted if there is any delay to this.
Pricing & Payments:
All prices and charges on this website are in GBP (£) and include any VAT payable.
The total cost of your order will be made up of the price of the products plus any applicable delivery charge. These will be set out clearly in your shopping basket (or as we call it…. in your Coffee Mug) before you submit your order.
We process all website payments using PayPal and Stripe, and as such accept payments by Mastercard, Visa, Delta, Maestro, American Express and Diners Club. At checkout, you will be automatically transferred to their secure sites to make your payment.
Golden Sheep have no visibility of your payment details, and store no information related to it other than the transaction outcome (successful or failed), and the amount that you paid.
Golden Sheep take great care to ensure that all information on this site is accurate. However, occasionally, an error can occur.
If we discover an error in the price or description of a product, we may cancel any orders in progress and contact you to ask whether you wish to continue with your purchase, or cancel it. If you wish to cancel it, you will be fully refunded of any charges paid in advance.
We use Royal Mail as a standard delivery for most orders, depending on the size and weight of the package. For larger and/or heavier items, we may use Parcelforce or an alternative courier.
In all cases, deliveries may be tracked and/or signed for, but we make every effort to keep our delivery charges as low as possible.
Missing, damaged & incorrect orders:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, please contact us for rectification.
Your right to cancel (Consumer Rights):
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 gives you the right to cancel your website order up to 14 days after you have received it. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
However, there are exceptions and the rule does not apply to:
• Goods and services worth £42 or less
• Custom-made items (e.g. coffee roasted and ground to your specification)
• Perishable items.
**Coffee roasted or ground-to-order is excluded from your right to return, unless faulty or incorrect.
**Coffee making equipment, accessories, and other ancillary products that we may sell are covered by your right to return.
To exercise your right to cancel, simply contact us via email in the first instance, and return the products without delay. The item(s) must be complete and in the same ‘as new’ condition in which you received them and unopened. Return delivery is at your cost and risk.
If you follow the steps above, you will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charge paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Your statutory rights are not affected and faulty items will be refunded or replaced.
