A new coffee adventure every month

Each month, we’ll send you one of our newest coffees — sometimes a single origin, sometimes a blend, always freshly roasted and always delicious.

Think of it as a little monthly surprise from the flock: a coffee you might not have chosen yourself, but will absolutely love.

Perfect for the curious sipper, the flavour explorer, or anyone who enjoys a bit of mystery with their morning brew.

Each month you’ll receive one of our newest single origins or blends — always freshly roasted, always delicious. We keep the subscription price steady, even when the coffee we send is normally more expensive.

A quick note for our fortnightly sippers: We release a new Roaster’s Choice coffee each month. If you choose fortnightly delivery, you might receive the same coffee twice — because the flock only picks one star per month. Don’t worry, it’ll still be delicious.

One bag, endless possibilities , trust the sheep

Medium roast

All our beans are medium roasted to preserve their natural character and avoid the bitterness of over-roasting

Reasons why you need this

1. Because making decisions before coffee is dangerous.

Why risk choosing the wrong bag when you can outsource the responsibility to a friendly flock of caffeine‑fuelled sheep?

2. Because surprises are fun (and this one won’t jump out at you)

It’s the only mystery in your life that won’t involve missing socks, unexpected bills, or a sheep staring through your window.

3. Because you deserve a monthly “Ooooh, what’s this?” moment

It’s like a little gift from Past You to Future You — and Past You has excellent taste.

4. Because trying new coffees makes you look effortlessly sophisticated

People will assume you’re a worldly flavour explorer. You don’t have to tell them you just clicked “subscribe” and let the sheep handle the rest.
