Refund policy
Missing, damaged & incorrect orders:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, incorrect or incomplete delivery, please contact us for rectification.
Your right to cancel (Consumer Rights):
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 gives you the right to cancel your website order up to 14 days after you have received it. You do not need to give a reason for cancelling.
However, there are exceptions and the rule does not apply to:
• Goods and services worth £42 or less
• Custom-made items (e.g. coffee roasted and ground to your specification)
• Perishable items.
**Coffee roasted or ground-to-order is excluded from your right to return, unless faulty or incorrect.
**Coffee making equipment, accessories, and other ancillary products that we may sell are covered by your right to return.
To exercise your right to cancel, simply contact us via email in the first instance, and return the products without delay. The item(s) must be complete and in the same ‘as new’ condition in which you received them and unopened. Return delivery is at your cost and risk.
If you follow the steps above, you will receive a full refund of the product price and any delivery charge paid within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Your statutory rights are not affected and faulty items will be refunded or replaced.
