Earlier this week, I had the pleasure of being interviewed by Yesim for her podcast, Your Big Career Move. I first met Yesim a few years ago at the Growth Hub in Cirencester, where she and her team gave me invaluable support when I was just starting out on this whole coffee‑roasting adventure.

I’ll admit — I was a bit nervous about the interview. Talking about my journey from Formula 1 to running Golden Sheep Coffee isn’t something I do every day. But Yesim made the whole experience relaxed, enjoyable, and surprisingly reflective.
