Delivery information

We roast our coffee to order and deliver within the UK only.

Free local delivery

We offer free local delivery within a 6-mile radius of our roastery. Local deliveries take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Order by midday Monday for Tuesday delivery.
• Order by midday Wednesday for Thursday delivery.

Orders placed after these cut-offs are scheduled for the following delivery day.

National delivery

We dispatch national orders via Royal Mail on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

• Order by midday Monday for Tuesday dispatch.
• Order by midday Wednesday for Thursday dispatch.

National delivery costs £4.50 for orders below £25 and is free on orders of £25 or more.

Delivery usually takes a few days after dispatch. On rare occasions, it can take up to 7 days. Please allow for this when ordering, as dispatch day is not the day your parcel will arrive.

Delayed orders

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 days of dispatch, please contact us with your order number so we can help.

Collection

You’re welcome to collect your order by arrangement. Please contact us before visiting so we can agree a suitable time.

Wholesale delivery

Wholesale deliveries take place on Tuesdays.
