We’ve got some exciting news to share from the heart of Stroud! The independent specialty coffee guide Proper Coffee just published their review of our Golden Sheep Coffee stand at The Shambles Market, awarding us a fantastic 2-star "Specialty" rating!
In the world of Proper Coffee, two stars means our coffee is officially rated as "Properly excellent, worth a detour."
We are incredibly proud of this review, which gave a massive shout-out to the hands-on care that goes into every single cup. They noted that our founder, Michael, has personally tasted every single batch of coffee since we started roasting back in 2018. They also loved our rotating line-up of single origins, our transparent menu tasting notes, and the fact that you can grab retail bags to take home right from the market stand.
